2. What data we process
When you fill in a request or contact form on the website we process your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name (if provided) and the content of your message. In addition we collect anonymised statistics about the use of the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your question, prepare an offer, process your booking and issue an invoice. The legal basis is steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), as well as our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries we receive (Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention period
We keep request and correspondence data for 2 years after the last contact. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law (5 years).
5. Sharing of data
We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it. Data may be processed by our service providers (website host, e-mail and accounting services) on a contractual basis, subject to confidentiality.
6. Cookies
The website uses only technically necessary cookies and anonymised visit statistics in order to understand which pages are useful. Advertising tracking cookies are not used.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion or restriction of processing, and to object to processing. To do so, write to info@smieklujoga.lv. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
