2. Services
The Service Provider offers Laughter Yoga classes on site and online, corporate events, certified leader training, gift cards and digital materials.
3. Booking and payment
A request is submitted by filling in the form on the website. Sending a request is not a prepayment. After receiving the request the Service Provider contacts the client, confirms the time and sends an invoice. A place at an event or training is reserved once the invoice has been paid.
Prices for companies are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices for consumer products include VAT.
4. Right of withdrawal and rescheduling
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the service within 14 days of paying the invoice if the service has not yet been provided, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (video classes, materials) delivered immediately with the client's consent.
Tickets and bookings for a specific date can be moved to another date if we are notified at least 48 hours before the event. Later requests are considered individually.
5. Gift cards
A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for all services offered on the website. Gift cards are not exchanged for cash.
6. Cancellation by the Service Provider
If an event is cancelled by the Service Provider, the client is offered an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid.
7. Health disclaimer
Laughter Yoga involves physical breathing and movement exercises. If you have cardiovascular disease, recent surgery, a hernia, glaucoma, epilepsy, are pregnant or have other health conditions, consult your doctor before taking part. Participants take part at their own discretion and on their own responsibility.
8. Intellectual property
All website materials, videos, training materials and the brand belong to SIA "Smieklu Joga". Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is not allowed.
9. Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court of the Republic of Latvia under the laws of the Republic of Latvia. A consumer may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (ptac.gov.lv).
